The superstructure and deck design is for a center cockpit and pilothouse with a poop deck. The bowsprit is integral with the hull structure but is covered with a small walking deck and surounded by a pulpit rail. The davits are also a structural element because, not only do they support the dingy, they also take the load of the mizzen mast backstays which run to the aft-most part of the davits.

The cockpit is designed for bluewater sailing and yet is spacious and comfortable enough for dining for six. The pedistal of the cockpit table encloses a small icebox for water or canned drinks.

The aft end of the poop deck has four lockers for propane and docking lines. There are two more lockers, for small sails and lines at the bow. The chain lockers are below these.
